This Slide Show starts with a picture of the West River in Vermont showing how Japanese Knotweed can take over stream and river beds - something we want to prevent in the Adirondacks.  The show describes the Regional Inlet Invasive Plant Program, and includes pictures of knotweed (Japanese, Giant, and Bohemian), scenes before and after treatment, photos of volunteers, and future plans.
